Am I entitled to help with dental treatment costs if I have an abnormal heart valve? - cost of dental treatment

I have a heart disease called Epstein's anomaly, the abnormal heart valve. Therefore, I must take antibiotics (which is expensive) at any time, I have the dental work I need a regular basis to reduce the risk of infection. Am I free of NHS charges and / or the right to health care costs, including prescription and NHS dental treatment to help.
